Questions
What is DRMS?
DRMS is a multi-tenant debt recovery management system. Lenders and collection agencies use it to track delinquent loans, work recovery cases, record and reconcile payments, run approvals and report on outcomes with a full audit trail.
Who is it for?
Fintechs and digital lenders, microfinance banks, buy-now-pay-later providers and collection agencies that need controlled, auditable recovery operations.
Does it make lending or collection decisions automatically?
No. Automation is limited to safe actions such as creating tasks or sending approved messages. Settlements, write-offs and adjustments always need human approval.
How accurate are balances?
Balances are computed from an append-only integer ledger with idempotent posting. Reconciliation queues surface differences instead of overwriting them.
Can I import my existing portfolio?
Yes. Upload CSV or Excel, map your columns, preview valid and rejected rows, then commit. Re-importing the same loan reference does not duplicate it.
How does it integrate with other systems?
Through a REST API with scoped keys or OAuth client credentials, an OpenAPI description, and signed outbound webhooks.
Where is it hosted?
It is self-hosted PHP 8.1+ with MySQL/MariaDB or SQLite and runs on shared hosting or your own server, so you control where data lives.
Is there a free trial?
New organisations can start a trial from the sign-up page; the trial length and limits are shown on the pricing page.
What does it cost?
See the pricing page for current plans, limits and features.
Is it secure and compliant?
It includes strong security and compliance controls, documented openly with their limits. It is not a certification and does not replace legal advice.
